Members of the Western Central Chapter (WCC) approved bylaws for the organization in October 2008 and amended in 2016.    The bylaws include the Chapter’s strategies for achieving its mission, as well as information about membership, finances, and the responsibilities of the Executive Board members.  The entire bylaws document can be downloaded as a PDF document by clicking on the link below.

With the exit of Montana, the bylaws are in need of revision. These bylaws are in draft form and comments may be provided to the organization by emailing the board here.

Bylaw amendments may be proposed by the WCC Executive Board or by petition signed by at least 10% of the Chapter membership.  The proposed amendments shall be submitted by mail or electronically transmitted ballot to Chapter members along with the recommendations of the Bylaws Committee and the Executive Board.  The election may occur at the same time as that for electing chapter officers or by special election provided that Chapter members are provided at least ten working days to return their ballots.
