CAV Engagement & Project Manager | Salary Range: $31.92 - $47.05/ hourly; $66,649 - $98,240/annually

This position has the flexibility to telework, work a hybrid schedule, or work in the office.  The incumbent will be required to make a telework arrangement with their supervisor. The incumbent may be expected to work in the office on occasion. 

Our CAV Engagement & Project Manager position will assist the office, agency, and statewide partners in strategically planning for and communicating about Connected and Automated Vehicles (CAV). Additional responsibilities include:

• Leading and coordinating the state's CAV communications, engagement, and planning activities.
• Leading the state of Minnesota's CAV engagement and communications work with direct management and coordination with the Policy and Planning Manager.  

This position requires occasional (approximately 10% - 15% time) in state travel to meetings and conferences; may include an overnight stay.

Here are the Minimum Qualifications:

Two years of advanced professional experience that demonstrates the following:

• Experience leading projects and/or directing the work of professional staff.
• Experience in project management, including managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience in public engagement, including public engagement planning and leading education efforts.
• Experience leading, planning, and facilitating meetings with staff, partners and other government officials.
