This position has the flexibility to telecommute, work a hybrid schedule, or work in the office.  The incumbent will be required to make a telework arrangement with their supervisor.  The incumbent may be expected to work in the office on occasion.

Our Mobility Management Program Manager position provides program and project management of Greater Minnesota Regional Transportation Coordinating Councils (RTCC) and the Transportation Coordination Assistance Projects (TCAP) for the Metro area. The responsibilities for this position also include:

  • Managing statewide planning and implementation of the projects that will fill transportation gaps, streamline access to transportation, provide individuals more mobility options, and to enhance the individual’s overall travel experience.
  • Develop implementation projects that meet public transportation needs consistent with federal and state laws, regulations, and guidelines.

*In State travel is required (25% of time) for meeting with RTCCs, TCAPs, and community stakeholders.

Here are the minimum qualifications:

Two years of advanced professional experience in administering programs. Experience must also demonstrate the following:

  • Experience with planning methods and practices.
  • Experience with program development.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Administration, Planning, Business, Finance substitutes for six months of advanced professional experience.
